Return and Refund Policy
You may return unopened, unused goods within 14 days of delivery for a full refund if you believe them to be damaged or you have received incorrect items. Items returned out with this time period will not be refunded.
We will refund the return shipping costs, in addition to goods costs if you have received an incorrect item.
We will replace your purchase if it gets damaged in transit.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning your items. This time scale includes the shipping, transaction processing and banking refund times.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with confirmation of notification and instructions for return and refund.
If you do not return the goods to us, you are still liable to us for the cost.
We are under no obligation to collect or recover goods from you, but if we do, our costs will be payable by you.
